At The Squishy Collective, we work hard to keep our squishies affordable for everyone. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at squishycollective@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery.

Please included your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Our team will review your case and, if approved, arrange a replacement or refund. This helping us keep prices fair while still taking care of genuine issues.
